RaceSaver Regional information
Here is what you need to know if you plan to visit from another region
- Contact us ahead of time using this form or by calling a committee member (we prefer you use this form)
- We must verify that you are in good standing with your region and with RaceSaver®
- You will be required to start on the rear of the heat out of consideration for our regular competitors
- You will be required to sign a waiver and comply with any rules that vary from your region
Here is a link to the waiver for your review
- You will receive an e-mail (or call) verifying your invitation, please don't show up without it
- Teams that visit regularly may eventually be excused from this process to save time
THIS IS DONE OUT OF CONSIDERATION OF OTHER REGIONS FOR THESE REASONS
- Teams leaving their region to race with us can hurt the car counts and the ability for their home region to schedule races. This is the most prominent reason in working with other regions
- Teams that join us for an open night on their schedule may hurt their car and miss a race in their local region
- Teams outside our region may need to take additional steps to comply with our regional variances and will need to sign a waiver.
- Other regions may extend invitations based on parameters that do not work for us.
- Teams from other regions may be on probation or disciplinary action.
- These are just a few of the items every region must consider
WHY THE PROCEDURE?
- RaceSaver® was established as an affordable regional series not as a traveling series traveling is expensive
- If a team is suspended from another region they are not welcome here
- We want to be sure you understand the rules and conditions before you travel.
- Some tracks have limited parking etc. and anticipating car counts is important.
